    Your food menu must include meals that are rich in nutrients with taste that satisfies and is easy to prepare during a disaster. Our Core 3-Day Kit meets these criteria. Each freeze-dried meal is reviewed by a dietitian with recommended calories and nutrients to power you through a crisis. All that's needed to serve the meals is water, and a heating source for the water if you'd like to serve the food hot (which is recommended, but not necessary). 

    With familiar options on the menu such as macaroni and cheese, beef stew, and granola with blueberries, your patrons will be more than satisfied. Easy Meal has a 10-year shelf life that eliminates the hassle of rotating limited shelf-life cans, and packaging that allows for optimal food storage alongside your other emergency supplies.

    The Core 3-Day Kit includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner entrees for 25 people for three days, and provides approximately 1,250 calories per person, per day.
